4) New Rule: Better idea...each team has their own DL. They can replace a real life DL'd player by putting them on their own DL. They must still pay $5 to use a replacement. When the player comes off the real life DL, he must be returned to his roster spot. It leaves the manager with the decision of whether it's worth the 5 spot or not to have a temp replacement.
If a player goes on DL
A for A ---1 time for the year $5.00
B for B ---1 time for the year $5.00
C for C ---1 time for the year $5.00
D for D ---1 time for the year $5.00
any for any 5th player ---1 time for the year $5.00

9) The Offline Draft will start in March. So I can get all the teams situated before baseball season starts. I have change it to Groups A,B,C,D, one in each Group and 1 Additional in any Group. You don't have to Pick A for your first pick any Group can go first. But the 5th player is last.

11) Tie-Breaker will be:
1) No drop players for the year.

4 questions concerning the HR derby league.
1. since its a draft by email, do we have a time limit between picks?, cause
I may check before I go to work and the guy before me is up and I may not be
able to make my next pick until 12-13 hours later since I am not guaranteed
access at work.
A: Around 4 hours. If you know that your pick will be coming up and you will have a problem picking within the time limit, then you may e-mail me a list of your top ten picks in each group & the order you want your groups picked in, then I will pick the next available person on that list for you.
2. When you say 100% payout, does that include everyones $35 and all the
money from transactions? Last year I noticed it wasnt 100% paid out.
A: Last year I took 10% for my work on this home run league because it takes a lot of time. This year I am not taking any money from this pool 100% on all the money coming, so it does include all transactions.
3. Since I dont use paypal, if I were to make a transaction, when exactly
would I start earning points from my new player?
A: You start earning points the same day you drop a player. Just mail a check within 5 days (postmarked by the 5th day) of dropping a player. If I don't receive a check within the 5 days you won't get the points for this player.
